Posting again?!

Just heard from hubby- has has a schedule!!! *laughs* This week at least he's Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7 am - 7 pm for training. Yes, Saturday. *bummed* But we do need the money, and I'm pretty sure he'll get an extra $.75 an hour (or something) for working Saturday.
Very tired today, though I shouldn't really be. Saturday night I didn't sleep very well. My brain was doing some cleaning and just threw random images at me. Dreams are usually pretty all over the place, but Saturday night? Whoa. It was like the brain going through a musty attic and just throwing random items out. Not fun in a good way... So I woke up early Sunday and made Sasha very happy by getting up to feed her.
Hubby was sleeping so I set up on the couch to stitch- figuring it was a quiet way to spend time. Kyle was released from his crate and he started out on the opposite end of the couch from me. Within half an hour he was draped over my legs... It was cute, at one point he was half sitting next to me, leaning his body on my arm/torso and throwing me 'is this okay' glances. Since I didn't object he just made himself more comfortable. This was rather nice really. Sasha had previously decided that the shut bedroom door meant she had to be IN the bedroom. Of course, once in the reverse held true. But I ignored her for a moment and then she decided that curling up in bed with dad was acceptable.
Kyle is learning a new trick, well kind of trick. He now knows the 'command' "Go find Mommy/Daddy." When told this he will race to hubby (if I say Daddy!) or me if it's from hubby. We think this could be very useful when we're at the dog park and stuff.
Hmm, spent the weekend doing... nothing! We planned in advance and there was no need to go ANYWHERE (save dog walking) all weekend. Was heavenly. Hubby cooked and last night we had the BEST homemade mashed potatoes. I don't know what he did- but they were amazing. I would marry him for his mashed potatoes. What?!
