Thanks! Although, one of the things I learned is how to tell the picture what size to be- so I told it to b 100x100 pixels and it still came out to be too big a file.
Not only is she cute, not only does she have a cute kitty, not only can she be taught folks, but she knows a trick I don't know! SO, how'd you get a title to appear inside of a box for the image before the image loaded? Hmm?
Sasha would thank you, but when I told her what you said she just looked at me disdainfully, apparently she's fully aware of how cute she is... cats. (Well that and she would like me to get off the computer and FEED HER already!) ;)
Her birthday was fine, even though I was sick. She didn't get much in way of a party, but she did get extra helping of food (she ate like a Hobbit, first breakfast, second breakfast - which she normally gets, about 1/16th of a cup each time- then elevensies and luncheon, dinner and supper, oh and afternoon tea too! ;) Usually she gets three meals (1st & 2nd breakfast count as 1 meal) dinner is 1/16th of a cup and supper - right before beadtime- is 1/8th of a cup, plus about another 1/16th. She's been on a diet for awhile, and it's worked! )
So she was a happy 'just turned 7 because it's my assigned birthday'
I don't know if you've tried it yet, but Whiskas has a pouch food that my cats ADORE. It's nice for special days. My oldest kitty eats only that because he doesn't tolerate hard stuff well any longer, but he doesn't share, so it's still special to the majority.
Hmm, will look into it. It used to be that she wouldn't accept treats- just wouldn't eat them. Now she'll eat pounce tarter/hairball chicken flavored treats, and cruises for people food (which does NOT make me happy). So it would be nice to have a food-food that I can give her on special occasions.
'Course, then there's that whole sharing thing... She actually had a piece of chicken stolen by Magnus because she wasn't sure if it was okay to eat or not and kept sniffing it- he reached a paw over, snagged it on a claw and ate it.
I don't think he photo does her justice, but I do think she's a pretty cat. :) Unfortunately I don't know Sasha's 'real' birthday- I adopted her from animal control- so I figured back five weeks and assigned her a birthday. :)
Do you have pictures of your four online? I would love to see them. Tee hee, middle aged kitty people. I keep tellin' Sasha that it's getting obvious how old she's getting- she's going grey. ;) Okay, I know, bad joke.
I had five cats but the end of this passed January my cat, Champagne, snuck out of the house (they're all house cats) and we haven't seen her since. We think that someone must have picked her up and took her home because we haven't found her at the animal shelter or a dead body. I hope she's somewhere safe and loving. Here's a picture of Champagne with my cockatiel, Sagira. I also have two parakeets, Blue Bird and Jackie.
