Howdy!

Just a short entry- lunchtime at work is almost over.

Not much in the news department. Still haven't heard back from the Job I Really Want! Well, on Friday I found out she had some more questions, so took care of that. Was told she has more interviews this week.

Well, the only other thing is that I seem to be getting sick. Heh, since sleeping on the floor for part of Saturday night while at a friends, something I'm apparently too old to do! I have had a stiff neck. This when combined with sinus issues made Sunday not too much fun- but I did get some things done. Oh! And watched Return of the King extended version with the beau. Liked very much.

So, sinuses and stiff neck apparently met up with Creeping Crud that's been hanging out around here at work. So now it's official- I'm getting sick. Prior to today I kept trying to convince myself that no, it's allergies. I was wrong. I have the slightly sore throat that's a bit tight as well as a head that seems tempted to float away. This means I'm sick.

I only hope it doesn't last too long as I have to go to the soon to be sister in law's bridal shower on Saturday. I'm 'carpooling' with the step-daughter-to-be. That should be interesting... we've never spent much time alone together- and Saturday we'll be in the car for over an hour- just Ms. M and me. Well, given her 'November Arrival' I'm sure we'll find plenty to discuss.
