Tomorrow we're having a potluck at work in honor of St. Patty's day- so in the theme green foods are encouraged.
I've been roped into bringing something- but I have no idea what. Any suggestions? The easy stuff like broccoli, green bean casserole, etc., have already been taken. I'm just at a complete loss here and have no idea.

**EDIT- oh, just so you know- I have a VERY basic kitchen. No fancy gadgets or cookware. We got a basic pan set and baking set- and that's about all. That's why we're getting married- prezzies! ;) **
