Are you sure it's the same guy? I wonder if he got "quality controlled" and someone pointed out to him the basic lesson of your last post: "If you annoy the receptionist, not only will she not connect you on this call, she will never connect you on any call. Do not annoy the receptionist." He gets brownie points for the ability to learn - and probably still not your company's business. :)
