PHP

So, I'm not sure if I won that round or not. However, they're faxing forms to my Dr's office. I called to warn them and RN Jayne called me back. She's one of the nicest, most upbeat people I've ever met. PHP nearly had me in tears, and talking to Jayne was very reassuring. :) So I'm feeling better now- still furious with PHP, but I will be able to get some samples (thank goodness!) and they're filling out the forms to get the "prior" authorization so I can have the pretty pills.
