Apr. 25th, 2008 12:30 pmOnce again it's Friday- YAY! Hubby doesn't have to work tonight, Double YAY!
Yesterday was bizarre. Work was slow, and me head was killing me (hmm, I will post an entry that doesn't complain about my head at some point... I hope). So I took fioricet (or butalbital as I prefer to say, because it's the generic name and just more fun), which did nothing. Later on I took more... and they didn't do anything either. Will discuss this with NP when next in (a later Zomig totally took care of the pain).
So after work I zoomed home, changed, said hello/goodbye to the husband, and ran off to get my hairs cut. I went to a new stylist- one recommended by Mrs. Boss's daughter. An excellent recommendation, I must say. She liked the picture I chose, and we had fun chatting while she did my hair. She did a great job. I will be going back. It's $5 more than my other stylist, but this one knows what a straight line is. ;)
After hair cutting it was back home again to change shirts, and off to Olive Garden for dinner. Olive Garden because a- it's close, b- we like it, and c- DH's mom sent us a coupon (she realized that she forgot to send a congratulatory card when he passed his licensure exam, so she sent one now with the usual scratch of Lotto ticket and an Olive Garden coupon). Dinner was great.
Got home and couldn't stay awake, I dozed on the couch while hubby played video games. Then just opted for bed. Hubby went to bed at the same time, but got up because he just wasn't tired. When he was ready, he just crashed on our couch. This was good because I was REALLY restless all night. Heartburn woke me up twice! No like. Weird dreams too. Though when I woke up I was alert, unlike usual... But dilly dallied and didn't have time to make my new hairstyle look all nice... Ah well.
And now it's lunch time, so I'm off. Hope things are well for ya'll.
