1. Trying to use an Ellipse while barefoot is not a good idea. Of course, neither is trying to work out on an Ellipse in shoes that two days earlier left a large blister on one's heel.

2. Trying to learn belly dancing after an ab work out isn't the best idea either. I have a few muscles that I didn't know existed. They were happy that way and are protesting my acknowledging them.

3. Having a cat attempting to hold down your arm while doing crunches not only makes them more difficult (there's the tickle factor) but also somewhat dangerous as said cat has teeth and claws and will use them to hold the arm in place.

4. On a continuing theme, having a cat attempt to snag iPod earphone cords while the person is doing back extensions could lead to squished kitty head, as this particular person clips her iPod to her sports bra when working out.

5. If you wish to avoid getting mosquito bites then just hang out with me- for I am their Queen. Though this entails me getting many bites and my companions get none. Seriously, when they manage to get into your car- not once, but twice in the last 5 days, and when you are at a restaurant and see one on the window by your head, waiting for you- only to be joined by another one a few minutes later? There's an issue.

6. Well... I don't really have a 6. But it's 6-6-06 so there should be 6 things on my list.
