I need music help.
Here's the deal- when working out I find it much easier to keep going if I listen to music for the duration. Now, music that's got a strong beat works the best- helps keep my tempo up.
However, most music I have- all cd by the by, I have no iPod and no iTunes. I'm Old Skool yo- is that most albums tend to interperse fast with slow tunes. This interrupts my flow and annoys me.
Right now I've been listening to the Mortal Kombat soundtrack-much like. My favorite song on there is 'Juke-joint Jezebel' by KMFDM.
So I need recommendations on new music that may work to keep me going. Suggestions for albums?
