Wednesday... uh... Wednesday...
Nov. 16th, 2005 02:25 pmIt's a day. No one is here at the office with me, and I'm wondering if it would be noticed if I tried to take a nap. I actually got sleep last night, but I'm still dragging today.
Lessee, last night I got home (after stopping and picking up the photo cd from Meijer that we didn't get with our last batch of film) and fed the furkids and napped. Napped for awhile, it was nice. Woke up, tried some of the new salsa we got... and wasn't terribly impressed. It's black bean and garlic and was just kinda... I don't know, kind of spicy- for me, so terribly bland for most people, I'm sure. It was also kind of runny, not very thick and the stuff in it was neither chunkie enough or smooth enough. I'm not sure what they were aiming for- but I'm really hoping they missed.
Watched an episode of Babylon 5 with commentary (Bruce Boxleitner, Jerry Doyle, Peter Jurasik and Patricia Tollman for those who, you know, care. ;) ). Was most funny. So far the actor commentaries on Babylon 5 are my absolute favorite commentaries on any DVD. They rip on each other and the other people involved and give supposed back stories that are just plain funny. Worked on stitchery while this was going on, and chatted with the hubby on the phone.
Hubby was able to leave work early last night because of his co-workers late appearance the night before (plus co-worker didn't want to lose 1/2 an hour of pay, so he came in half an hour early last night). So we were able to get to bed at a more reasonable time. (which wouldn't have been reasonable at all had I not napped. ;) )
( Cause I can... and it's about skin allergies so feel free to skip )
I think I'll see about sneaking that nap.
