This blows...

So when I started the new job I was given an employee manual to read, and I swear, I did read it! Monthly pay was standard unless you requested bi-monthly. I requested bi-monthly and mistakenly thought that was bi-weekly.

I was all set to get paid today. Made some arrangements for payments to be taken from my account and everything... Turns out that no, bi-monthly means the second and fourth friday of the month. So I won't be getting paid until NEXT Friday. ARGH!

Sure it should be for three weeks, 120 hours not 80 hours, but still. ARGH! I can't say they didn't tell me- it was in the manual, I was just careless. Not good...

And I forgot the letter I got with my new Doc's name. Since my application didn't list a doc they assigned me to one. She's a she, which I prefer, so I think I'll stick with her. 'Course, I can't make an appointment now- no number. Bleah
