I had most of my hair cut off last night. :) So the icon picture is once again quite accurate. :)

It's always amusing to me to see long locks on the floor when I go for one of these "major" cuts. For the record, most of my hair was down to my shoulders until last night. But I hated it and it had to go away. So yeah, much hair on the floor. And again I had a stylist look a little concerned about the style I wanted, because my hair is so thick. *grumble* Thick but fine, and stick straight. I shouldn't complain, but it gets annoying when I take a simple style in and get told that they're not sure my hair will do it.

So it's cut short short, looks cute, and I like it.

I can't wear my hair that short - I'm still cursing myself for cutting my hair a couple of years ago and trying to grow it back out. I had it down to my waist but ruined it with a perm :S

I went from waist length to your short cut lenght the last time I cut all of my hair off. It was a 22 inch braid that was chopped off.

I cut about 22 inches off- counting from the crown, but the braid was "only" about 15 inches. ;) )

My friend is coming into town today, so I probably won't be at GW tonight.

I'll see if I can find any old pictures of me with the long hair. I know I took one pre-cut. I think it's on the boat anchor computer. :)

Wow, that's a pretty drastic cut! I like the short better though - it really suits you :D

Not as far as I'd like - the last perm really ruined it for me. It tends to curl now and I get irritated with it and have it chopped off at the shoulders again.

My best friend has hair down to the tops of her thighs and it's just gorgeous! Every time I see her, I go a bit green because I want her hair! *grin*

Did you ever find that your hair got caught in the car door when you shut it? If I didn't wear my hair in a french braid it would get caught in everything when it was waist length.
