This morning the alarm went off a few times, per usual, and I got up feeling all chipper! I know, weird right? I go about my morning routine feeling quite alert, chat at the similarly awake! husband, and head to work.

I've been here for 45 minutes and the urge to nap is only growing... oi. Does this say something about me, or my job? ;)

That's the thing, I'm not normally a morning person! This is why my alarm has to go off at least three times before I can actually get out of bed!

I'm with you - I think all employers should allow a nap mid-morning or mid-afternoon (or both - even better!). Productivity would soar! :D

Yanno, I think it really would help. I try to get a 10 minute nap in at lunch, but it doesn't always work. But those days when I actually get 15 minutes? I tend to feel so much better in the afternoon.

I think there is something in the air! I did the same thing this morning. I didn't linger in bed until the last minute! But when I got to work I was ready for a nap...I am now totally exhausted and debating between sleep and food.
