Today didn't start off any better than yesterday, save for one thing- hubby was home. So instead of getting all pissy, I had a minor-meltdown right before I was to leave for work. It didn't help that I was running a bit late. (luckily I punched in right on time)
I'm being very negative towards myself right now- and it's annoying me! The rest of the world I can see in an optimistic light, me? Not so much. I know it will pass, most likely all I need is some sleep. Part of my common sense, the bit that tells me I'm making mountains out of molehills, and works to cheer me up, is trying to get through even now. However, I'm not quite ready to listen yet.
It was funny though, this morning I told hubby I was getting up. He mumbled something, then looked at the clock and wondered why I was getting up so early, it wasn't even 7 am yet. A bit of conversation and I informed him that no, it wasn't Saturday, it was only Thursday. *sigh*
I expect things will improve the closer it gets to 5pm... after that, I'll be home and that will be good.

Oh, and because I'm just THAT cool, I think I killed our Dyson.
Was vacuuming recently and it made a bad noise. Noise like it was trying to suck up something it couldn't. So I cleared the brushes, went back to work- made noise again. Hubby took it a part today to cheek things- and it looks like the problem is in an area we can't get to...
